I offer comprehensive, evidence-based psychological evaluations designed to help individuals and families gain a deeper understanding of their strengths, challenges, and needs. Assessments can help clarify diagnoses and provide meaningful recommendations for next steps in treatment, school, or daily life.
I specialize in evaluating concerns such as:

I provide individual and family therapy to help children, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, or life transitions, therapy offers a supportive space to explore your experiences, gain new perspectives, and develop tools to move forward with confidence and clarity.
In family therapy, I focus on strengthening communication, understanding, and connection within the family system. I work to create a safe environment where each family member feels heard and supported as we address challenges together. My goal is to help families improve relationships, foster resilience, and build a sense of balance and wellbeing that supports each person’s growth.

Trainings
We provide keynote presentations and trainings to educational systems and settings around the world. Intricate Roots focuses on bringing a neurobiological lens to the school setting and partners with school districts, day treatment facilities, public and charter schools, early learning centers, and state education entities to create customized and engaging trainings.
Consultations and Coaching
We conduct student, classroom, and school observations and build recommendations and interventions that are developmentally relevant for students. We also provide live coaching to school leaders and teachers to help bring neurobiological principles into the services they provide for staff and students.
